Commenting on the launch of the SNP’s General Election manifesto, Pamela Nash, chief executive of Scotland in Union, said:
“The SNP’s manifesto is a blueprint for division and chaos.
“The SNP will use every vote it receives to argue for another unwanted referendum on leaving the UK, but most voters do not want their ballot paper at this election to be used to divide communities, friends and families with another referendum.
"Whatever your views on Brexit, it's clear that Scexit is not the answer. Breaking up the UK would lead to years of tax rises and spending cuts to vital services; scrapping the pound; and a hard border with England.
"Scotland is stronger in the UK."
