Supreme Court sets October date for hearing

The Supreme Court has announced that the SNP Government's case for a second referendum on leaving the UK will be heard on October 11th and 12th.

Pamela Nash, chief executive of Scotland in Union, said:

“This vanity project is a world away from what Scotland wants and needs.

“SNP and Green ministers are distracted and obsessed by the cause of independence when they should be focused on tackling NHS waiting lists, improving education standards and addressing the cost-of-living crisis.

“It’s incredible that Nicola Sturgeon thinks this is a good use of anyone’s time when all these challenges are going on.

“Scotland’s future is stronger and more secure as part of the UK.”

The SNP won't get a legal backing for Indy2 and there is zero chance of the SNP doing a UDI. The SNP know that a UDI is illegal too despite the independence movement saying that a UDI should be carried out. Think Catalonia or better still Transnistra.

SNP are a government totally devoid of ideas. The list of failures grows and grows with the Ukrainian refugees housing disaster to add to the list. It is time Scotland woke up to the devastation they have caused over 15 years.Scotland is on a downward spiral under their obsessive Independence fixation. Forbes once again going with a begging bowl to their detested Westminster.
